Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Time
Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During campaign periods, this period may be extended by an additional 1-2 working days After being delivered to the cargo, the delivery time varies between 1-4 working days depending on your location.Dec.
2. Cargo Company
All our shipments are made with the OTO Cargo we have contracted. For cargo tracking, the tracking number will be sent by e-mail or SMS after your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Fee
- For orders within Türkiye: Shipping is free for orders over 2,500 TL. For orders under 2,500 TL, the flat shipping fee is 75.00 TL.
- International orders: Currently, delivery is only available within Türkiye.
4. Damaged / Missing Product Delivery
We kindly ask you to check the package when receiving your cargo. If there is damage to the product, please send a report to the cargo officer and contact us info@lasttouchnipples.com we would like to ask you to contact us at his address. The refund or exchange process cannot be initiated for unscheduled notifications.
5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Problems
Our company is not responsible for cargo that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing address. Please enter your address information completely and correctly in order for your order to reach you smoothly.
